At checkout you will have 3 international options available. We recommend International Express which is trackable & insured, and usually 3-5 days pending customs clearance. Any other options are at your own risk if you choose not to insure your items. We take no responsibility for any lost items.
Once your order has been picked & packed, you will receive a tracking email & the tracking ID will also be saved to your order history so we highly recommend creating an account when you checkout.
In the event you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of your collection point. Please log into the Australia Post website or click the link in your order history to track your parcel. Please only contact us if you have any issues with your delivery or parcel not received.
